This section is designed to help you track your training with clarity and intention. Instead of rewriting full workouts every day, you’ll record your different workout routines once, then simply note which workout you completed on each training day.

Each workout is organised by muscle group, allowing you to clearly define the focus of your session. List the movements included in that workout, then use the columns provided to log your sets, weights, and rep counts for each exercise.

Over time, this makes it easy to see progress, apply progressive overload, and stay consistent, without overcomplicating your routine.
